We deliver to every corner of the UAE – fast, tracked, and hassle-free.

2. Delivery Timelines

Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
Abu Dhabi, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ: 2–3 business days
Same-Day Delivery (Dubai only): Order before 1 PM → delivered same evening (+AED 30)

3. Shipping Fees

FREE shipping on all orders above AED 350
AED 25 flat fee for orders below AED 350
Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional AED 20 convenience fee (shown at checkout)

4. Cash on Delivery Available everywhere in the UAE. Pay in cash or card to the driver when you receive your parcel.

5. Order Processing Orders placed before 3 PM (UAE time) are packed and handed to courier the same day (except Fridays & public holidays).

6. Tracking You’ll get your Aramex / Empost tracking link via SMS & WhatsApp within minutes of dispatch.

7. Delivery Attempts

2 free delivery attempts.
If both fail, parcel stays at the nearest pickup point for 3 days, then returns to us.
Return-to-Origin (RTO) fee AED 50 will be deducted from any refund.

8. Lost or Damaged Items Rare, but if it happens — contact us within 24 hours with photos → we reship for free or refund 100% immediately.

9. Correct Address Double-check your building/villa number, street, area, and mobile number. We’re not responsible for delays due to wrong/incomplete addresses.
