We want you to love every watch, headphone, speaker, or phone you order from us. If it’s not perfect, bringing it back is easy and hassle-free.

1. 14-Day Return Window You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange (UAE consumer law standard).

2. What Can Be Returned

  • Unused, in brand-new condition with all original packaging, tags, protective stickers, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
  • Watches: protective films on case & clasp must still be attached, no strap adjustments or wear marks.
  • Earbuds & headphones: sealed box unopened (hygiene reasons).
  • Phones & speakers: original sealed box with all accessories untouched.

3. How to Return

  1. Send a WhatsApp message or email to gccgadgets1214@gmail.com with: → Order number → Reason for return → Clear photos of the product & packaging
  2. We reply within 1 hour with return instructions and pickup scheduling (free pickup across UAE).
  3. Our courier will collect it from your doorstep at your chosen time.

4. Refund & Exchange Options

  • Full refund to your bank account / card (for prepaid orders)
  • Instant store credit + 10% bonus (for faster processing)
  • Free exchange for another model/color/size
  • Cash refund only if original order was Cash on Delivery (we transfer to your bank account within 24 hours)

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive & inspect the item: refund processed same day or next business day.
  • Bank transfers appear in 1–3 working days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Used, worn, or damaged products
  • Opened earbuds/headphones (hygiene)
  • Custom-engraved or personalized items
  • Gift cards

7. Defective or Wrong Item Received? Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos → we arrange free pickup + instant replacement or full refund (including original COD amount).
